Node4 experienced problems with a UPS device last night at approximately 10:08 pm. This caused a loss of power to some racks and some core network equipment. Our onsite engineers quickly restored power and brought equipment back on line as soon as possible.
Some customers may have experienced loss of connectivity for a short period of time, even though their rack power was not affected
