We have been informed by an upstream provider of routing problems within their network

 

Normally these routes are used by sites such as Google and BBC, but some ISPs may use routes on this service to connect to Node4 (NTL for example)

 

We are now using alternative providers to route to these networks until we receive confirmation of a fix from our original provider
