| #1937 Broadband (xDSL) - Problems in the Newcastle area (New) | BT is aware of an issue affecting some customers who are connecting through the Newcastle node. Customers in the Newcastle area with broadband services may find they are unable to access email, web and other internet services. We are working with BT to resolve the issues as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
