| #1930 Broadband (xDSL) - Problems on Basildon exchange (Update) | Unfortunately this issue is still ongoing. Engineers from both BT Openreach and BT Wholesale are on site at the moment working together to isolate and resolve this issue. We are continuing to work closely with BT to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
