What does it affect?
Access to our website and some of our internal systems.
How long will it take?
Up three hours.
What does the work involve?
We're making some code changes to help improve the efficiency of a number of operational processes. We will also be carrying out some work on one of our database systems.
Am I likely to notice the work?
Our website will be unavailable for about four hours during the maintenance window and holding pages will be in place. Our support staff will only have limited access to our internal systems whilst the work is carried out.
