| BT incident - session drop - Case Status: OPEN | | <b>30 October 2010 01:46</b><BR><BR>BT have now confirmed the issue raised earlier has been resolved.<BR><BR>In excess of 6000 sessions have now reconnected to the network.<BR><BR>Advice to any end users still effected is to reboot their connecting device as we are still seeing some sessions as down. Any connections that have not reconnected after this can be sent to BTW as a fault for NCH - No connection to home gateway.<BR><BR> |
