Some bad queries have locked up our central database server which is effecting the panel function as well as several of our own internal systems. We are in the process of cleaning this up and restarting the database server but it takes time for everything to come back up. We expect this to be resolved by 3 PM, PST at the latest but will update if we receive information to the contrary. We appreciate your patience with this issue and ask that you check here for further details rather than attempting to contact support as we’ll have no way to load your tickets until after this is resolved anyways.

Update: The admin team was able to resolve this much faster than anticipated and it is working again with minimal downtime.
