| [info] Congestion fixes... | BT have upgraded Slough interconnect so customers using Slough based BRASs should see an improvement now. This was mainly in the evenings. Our monitoring will confirm in the morning.
Update: <span style="font-weight: bold;">The BT fix seems to have worked.</span>
The evening congestion on 20CN we have seen has improved, suggesting Wednesday evening was a bit of a fluke. Even so we expect to have additional capacity to BT in a few days. They are saying the 10th but we are pushing for it to be done sooner.
Update:<span style="font-weight: bold;"> BT link has been updated now, we'll see if more is needed next week.</span>
Update: Traffic seems high still so more capacity increase expected next week.
Amusingly, having advised of some of the BT issues we now have customers of other ISPs asking us to check if we see congestion on their exchange as well.
