| Broadband Usage Reporting (65301) - UPDATE | Further to our post yesterday our engineers are still working to process the backlog of usage data. For certain account types, there is no usage showing after 4am on Sunday 16th January. This usage has been collected but not yet processed.
Customers will also find this affects reporting of the 'view internet activities' option in View My Broadband Usage.
We will update with further information tomorrow.
