| Broadband Usage Reporting (65301) - RESOLVED | The recent issue with reporting of broadband usage has now been resolved. An error in the system caused a backlog that was unable to be processed. All data before 8pm on Friday 21st January that has not been reported has been dropped, this will not be added towards your monthly allowance. All usage since that time appears to be processing in the normal manner.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
