Tomorrow morning, between 2:00am and 4:00am
What does it affect?
Broadband connectivity.
How long will it take?
About twenty minutes.
What does the work involve?
We need to upgrade some of our edge routers/gateways in order to facilitate the expansion of the network.
Am I likely to notice the work?
Possibly. Some customers may find that they are briefly disconnected from the Internet during the maintenance window. Should this happen, customers should be able to get back online almost immediately
Is there anything else I need to know?
If you're having difficulty getting back online following the maintenance, then please try switching off your modem/router for twenty minutes or so before powering it back up and trying again.
