Update at Wed, Jan 26 2011 07:39 pm
The majority of virtual machines that have been affected by today's service interruption have now been returned to normal operations. Our senior technical staff are continuing to bring the remaining servers on-line.
Please note that our Sydney and US services remain unaffected by this incident.
At this time, we are unable to offer an estimation as to when the remaining virtual servers will be available again, but we will provide hourly updates via this status advisory until the entirety of the virtual fleet is available again.
Once again, we offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this incident has caused some of our customers, and we thank you for your continued patience while we complete necessary works.
