We have had a hardware failure on one of our Virtuozzo nodes. We are currently in the process of powering down this node and moving the VPS containers over to a new node.
We will provide updates shortly as to the progress of the restoration.

Our system admins have confirmed the issue to be localised to gn004lvz03.syd.the-server.net.au
All other nodes remain unaffected.

The data for all containers previously hosted on the lvz03 node are being copied over to the replacement node. Please be aware that due to the volume of information being relocated this process will take some time to complete.
We will keep you informed on the process of the data and container recovery onto the new VPS node throughout the course of the afternoon.
Please accept our apologies for the untimely service interruption today, and we thank you for your patience while we recreate the containers affected by this outage.
