| Connection to Email | We are currently experiencing intermittent issues when connecting to mailboxes and webmail. This issue is not affecting exchange mailboxes. Our engineers are investigating this as a priority.
UPDATE 13:45 - Both Webmail and IMAP connections are now available. POP3 connections are still intermittently unavailable and we will continue to work to restore this service fully. Further information regarding this issue is available at https://help.fasthosts.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/600.
UPDATE 14:41 - We believe this issue to be resolved. We will continue to monitor the email platform.
