What does it affect?
Access to the portal and some of our internal systems.
How long will it take?
About three and a half hours.
What does the work involve?
We're adding some additional functionality to our automated provisioning and faults systems, and performing some general housekeeping maintenance.
Am I likely to notice the work?
You may do. Our website will be unavailable between the hours of 1:30am and 3:00am and our faults portal will remain unavailable until 5:00am. In both cases holding pages will be in place.
Our support team will also have limited access to customers' account details between 1:30am and 3:00am.
Is there anything else I need to know?
No.
