| #2487 Broadband (xDSL) - Emergency Load Balancing - 20CN - Nationwide (New) | We will be performing emergency load balancing on our 20CN Central pipes.
Affected users will experience a brief drop in connection, but should be reconnected automatically.
Occasionally customers may experience a "Stale Session", this is when automatic re-connection does not happen. Any users that experience a Stale Session should power down your broadband equipment for 30 minutes before trying to reconnect.
