Our provider has a engineering team onsite investigating the nature of the core fibre network break in London.

 

Our provider will attempt to repair the circuit however depending on the level of damage its estimated a service will not be restored for at least 2 hours. If the damage is found to be  more severe, our provider plans to rerouted our services via alternate paths. This is a manual process that will also take several hours to complete

 

We hope to have a decision on the course of action from our provider within the next hour.
